Upgrade Notes
Stamina docs track the latest theme version only. Shopify’s theme update flow keeps most merchant settings, but custom Liquid, app blocks, and edited code should be reviewed before publishing an update.
Before Updating
Section titled “Before Updating”- Duplicate the live theme.
- Apply the update to a copy.
- Review home, product, collection, cart, search, and page templates.
- Reconnect app blocks if an app changed its embed or block names.
- Run a checkout smoke test with a test product.
What To Recheck
Section titled “What To Recheck”- Stack Builder product sources and goal presets.
- Subscribe & Save labels, discounts, and subscription app integration.
- Cart drawer free-shipping threshold and progress copy.
- Header mega menu links and announcement countdown timing.
- Product facts and certification badges.
