Variant picker
Variant picker renders one group of options per product option. Choosing a value finds the matching variant, updates the hidden variant id on the product form and the ?variant= parameter in the URL, then re-renders the buy box in place without a page reload. It also broadcasts the change, so the media gallery and the sticky add-to-cart bar follow the selected variant. The block is reorderable — drag it anywhere in the buy box.
